Team Cancellations
Causes for team cancellations include:
- Inability to meet deadlines
After two warnings of missed deadlines, organizing teams are asked to step down so that a new team can be recruited. This is the #1 reason why teams are cancelled and it happens at least once a year.

We don't have the resources to constantly be reminding our organizing teams in every location to keep up, and yet we want to maintain our professional reputation worldwide. Thus, being on time and meeting our global deadlines is critical to what we do.
- Unauthorized cancellation of a scheduled event
- Unauthorized date change of a scheduled event
- Unauthorized use of the ORIENTED logo, name and/or brand
Management reserves the right to terminate positions at any time, without notice, and at its sole discretion, as is the case with most organizations.
